Ingredients
1/4 c. onion3 cloves minced garlicolive oil 4 cup- Homemade Tomato Sauce, no salt added, no sugar added 75 gram(s) Baked Sweet Potato , 4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1/4 cup, grated Carrots, raw 4 c. waterpepper, 1 tsp.cinnamon,1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp. cardamon thyme, basil, oregano
Directions
combine all in large sauce pan, simmer approx 30 minutes. Puree with immersion blender or regular blender. Enjoy! Add or remove water for desired consistency
