250g plain strong flour25g low fat margerinehalf a packet of yeasta quarter of a teaspoon of salt150 ml luke warm watera tablespoon of splenda15-20 stoneless dates20-25 apricots
put the flour into a bowl and rub in the margarine.
add the salt and yeast and splenda and mix. add fruit in now.
slowly add the water untill the dough is soft but not sticky.
sprinkle flour on your work surface and knead dough untill smooth.
quarter the dough and shape as appropriate.
place on a greased tray and place under the grill for 5-6 minutes.
then place bread in the main oven on gas mark 4 or 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
leave to cool for 5 minutes.
eat up.
