Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 14 to 15 oz. can pink salmon1 small stalk celery1/2 med. green pepper1 small onion1 egg3/4 c. flour1/4 c. flaxseed meal1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil for frying...or bake in oven ongreased cookie sheet.
Directions
Mix ingredients, except oil, in a bowl. stir and blend well. Vegetables should be diced fine.
With floured hands, form patties 3 inches by 1/2 inch thick. Makes 6 or 7.
