*Dave's Gourmet Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce, 2 jars*Salt - 365 Sea Salt 1 tsp*Black Pepper, .5 tsp Garlic, 4 clove diced*1/4th tsp red pepper flakes Parsley, 1 cup fresh chopped*Parmesano Reggiano,1 cup freshly gratedEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)Ground Pork, 16 oz *Wegmans Organic 93/7 ground beef -- grass fed, 16 oz White Wine, 2 fl oz *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
1. Combine all ingredients except wine and olive oil. Shape into small-ish meatballs.
2. Fry in a saucepan with olive oil until browned on all sides.
3. Deglaze pan with wine, scraping up all the brown bits.
4. Add the sauce and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over zucchini noodles.
