Hearty Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats1 cup plain yogurt1 egg2 tbps oil1/4 cup flour1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powserpinch salt2 tbps sugar
Directions
Combine oats and yogurt, let sit for an hour covered in the refrigerator.
Take out of the refridgerator, add the egg and oil and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Then mix with the wet ingredients and spoon as pancakes onto a hot skillet. Cook well on both sides until a dark brown.

Serving Size: makes about 5 2" diameter pancakes
