Ingredients
Kroger lite banana strawberry yogurtlg. banana1/2 c skimm fat free milk140 grams (1 serving) of dole frozen fruit (peaches-pineapple-mango-strawberry)4 lg. ice cubes
Directions
Place ingredients into blender on high until throughly mixed. Then put blender on the smoothie or drink setting for about 2 minutes or until preferred consistency.

Serving Size: makes 2- 12oz. smoothies
