lemon blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1/2 C coconut flour, sifted 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 6 eggs 1/3 C agave nectar 1/3 C canola oil 1 Tbs lemon extract 1 C blue berries fresh or frozen
Directions

preheat oven to 350
In small bowl combine coconut flour, salt and baking soda.
In large bowl combine the egss, agave, oil, lemon and blend well until all is combined.
Add dry ingredents to the egg mixture and blend
fold in blueberries
put equal amounts of batter into paper lined 12 cup muffin pan
bake 20-25min
cool and serve
