Ingredients
ADD 5 -6 ICE CUBES before blending. Use FRESH when possible. No need to add sugar or substitutes. Protein powder is an OPTION.
Directions
Wash all Strawberry and Blueberry before cutting in halves. Take a HALF of medium banana; cut it in half down the middle and then in thirds for blending. Add the milk, vanilla extract. Add 3 oz of Stonefield non-fat French Vanilla Yogurt and about 6 ice cubes (as you like).
