1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR1 CUP CORN GRITS2 - 4 TABLESPOONS OF SPLENDA1 TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER1/2 TEASPOON SALT (OPTIONAL)2 BEATEN LARGE EGGS1 CUP NON- FAT SKIMMED MILK1/4 CUP COOKING OIL
1. Grease the bottom and 1/2 of the sides of a 9x9x2 inch baking pan: set aside
2. In a medium mixing bowl stir together the four, cormeal, spelnda, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry mixture: set aside.
3. In another bowl mix eggs, milk and cooking oil.
Add the egg mixture to the dry mixture and stir just untill moistened
4. Pou batter into pan. Bake at 425 F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick comes out clean.
Make 8-9 servings
