Coconut Peanut Butter Chicken

Ingredients
2.5 chicken breasts1/4 C chicken broth1/4 smooth peanut butter1/2 C lite coconut milk
Directions
Mix liquids together and marinate chicken for up to 4 hours. Grill chicken for 10 minutes on both sides. Reduce marinade by half over medium heat in saucepan. Cut chicken on bias and serve on chewy bread with sauce and pineapple slices
