Ingredients
package grount turkey1/2 cup rice1/2 cup onion, chopped1 egg, slightly beaten1 teaspoon seasoned salt1 can (16 oz. size) tomatoes, crushed with wooden spoon1/4 cup vinegar3 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon paprika2 teaspoons chili powder3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 teaspoon salt*note: the recipe calls for 2 pounds of ground beef, but I don't care for beef. Also, sub the egg for eggbeaters, or skip it entirely.
Directions
Combine meat, rice, onion, egg, and salt. Form into 2 inch meatballs. Brown in hot skillet until cooked on all sides. Place in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
