Ingredients
1/3 cup brown rice flour1/3 cup potato starch flour1/3 cup oat flour1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked1 1/2 tsp ground anise seed1/8 stick butter, unsalted1 egg3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients and butter. Work with hands and form into one rectangular loaf. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Cut into desired number of sections and brown on all sides in the oven.

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf of biscotti. Slice into desired number of sections and divide by 852 for calorie count.
