cucumber-honeydew salad over arugala

Ingredients
2 TBSP lemon juice1/4 c extra virgin olive oil1TBSp honey1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1/4 tsp poppy seeds1 medium honeydew1 cucumber, unpeeled and cubed (2 c)1/3 c finely diced red onion, rinsed and dry3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill4 oz feta cheese crumbled (1c)1 C arugala
Directions
wisk together lemon juice, EVO, honey, salt,pepper, and poppy seed. Add melon, cucumber, onio an ddill weed. Toss to combine. Stir in feta right before serving. COver and store up to 8 hours. let stand 20 mins before serving. serve over arugala
