Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup dryOrganic Textured Soy Protein, 1 cup dryTomato Paste, 6 ozCumin, 2 tspChili powder, 2 tsp Salt, 1/3 tsp (or according to your personal salt preference)Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp (or according to your personal preference)Green Peppers 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Carrots, 1/2 cup, chopped Cane Sugar, 2 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves, dicedRice Vinegar, 1 tsp (optional)2 cups water
Directions
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add lentils and carrots and simmer for about 30-60 min(or until lentils are tender). Drain. Mix Lentils and carrots with all other ingredients in a big pot and stir together. Cook on low for 20-30 min, or until most of the excess liquid has evaporated. Stir occasionally while it is cooking
