BEEF TOMATOE & RICE MEAL

Ingredients
Ground beef, 16 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Campbell's tomato soup w/water from can(remove)Minute Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes), 1 cup (remove)
Directions
In Large 2" skillet or Large pot on Medium High heat add Ground beef & cook til done & crumbly.Drain the fat then add 1 C. Diced White Onion & Green Pepper Saute til Onion is translucent.Next Add Tomato soup & 1 can of water & 1C. Minute Rice.On low heat let simmer for 15-20 minutes til rice is done.Season with Salt & Black Pepper
