1/4 cup canned green chili peppers (diced)1 Tbsp smuckers sugar free apricot preserves2 Mission white corn tortillias1/4 cup Kraft Mexican four cheese2 Tbsp daisy light sour cream
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray corn tortillias with cooking spray on both sides. Place on baking sheet. Top with the apricot preserves, follwed by the green chilis, and cheese. Bake for ten minutes or until the cheese is brown and the tortillias are crisp. Remove from oven and cut each tortillia into four equal triangles and serve up with a side of sour cream for dipping!
