1 # whole wheat pasta3 oz goat cheese1/4 c Wegmans lemon viniagrette2 TB EVOO1 can great northern beans, rinsed and drained1 can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drainedsalt and pepper to tastered pepper flakes to taste
Boil pasta per instructions. Drain.
Chop artichoke hearts.
Combine cooked pasta with all other ingredients and mix grently. Heat from the pasta should melt the goat cheese.
