chop leeks, & onions & garlic. add them, 4 1/2 c water, 2 chicken bouliion cubes, 2 vegetable boullion cubes, salt, pepper, celery seed, protein powder, potato flakes, milk, olive oil.
Put everything in the crock pot. Turn on to low. Go to work. come home & eat.
