Bottle Iron Chef Orange SauceOnion sliced thin3 Cloves Garlic minced4 Pork chops fat removed
Slice Onion thin, and saute with garlic in a little cooking spray. Add Pork and brown on both sides. Pour Orange Sauce over chops and cover and simmer until cooked through - about 20 min. Serve over Brown rice. Use approx. 2 TBS of the sauce over the chops and rice.
