Chicken and Apple Lettuce Wraps with Feta

Ingredients
4 romaine lettuce leaves3 oz. skinless chicken breast1/2 apple1/4 cucumber 2 radishes1/8 cup feta cheese crumbles1/2 Tbsp. Wishbone Balsamic Vinaigrette (or dressing of your choice)
Directions
Slice apples, radishes, and cucumber into long skinny slices. Place into a Ziploc baggie and drizzle vinaigrette over them, zip baggie and shake well to coat.
Assemble wraps by dividing ingredients evenly and layering inside the romaine lettuce- chicken on the bottom, then apples and veggies, finish by sprinkling feta cheese on top.
