Gluten Free Healthy Cherry Crumble

Ingredients
Sour Cherries ( fresh if possible ) 2 cupsArrowroot Flour 1TbsMaple syrup 3 TbsCorn Starch 1TspCoconut oil 0.5 cupGF Oats 0.75 cupQuinoa flour 0.25 cupAlmonds slivered to tasteUnsweetened coconut flakesVanilla 1TspAlmond Extract 0.5 TspCinnamonDash of salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix the cherries, cornstarch, arrowroot flour , half the maple syrup, vanilla, and almond extract in a bowl. Let the mixture thicken a bit. In a separate bowl mix oats, quinoa flour, almonds, coconut flakes, cinnamon and salt. Melt the coconut oil and stir into the oat mixture. Grease your baking dish with some coconut oil, and add the cherries. Top with the oat mix, and bake away! Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the topping is golden.
