Low Carb Pancakes

2 oz. cream cheese2 oz. Greek yogurt4 eggs1/2 tsp. baking soda
Soften cream cheese in microwave. Add yogurt and mix well with whisk. Add eggs and baking soda. Mix with whisk. Make sure to mix well.
Pour by about 1/4 cupfuls on a heated skillet and cook until it bubbles slightly and the edges start to darken and look set. Flip and cook for another minute.
These will puff a little like pancakes and taste sort of like a crepe.
Serving Size: Makes 6 pancakes
