Calypso Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
3 TBSP fresh orange juice3 TBSP unsweetened pineapple juice2 TBSP fresh lime juice2 tsp dried oregano1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp low-sodium chili powder2-3 garlic cloves, minced6 dashes Tabasco6 skinless bone-in chicken thighs, trimmed of visible fat
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine juices, hers, spice and garlic in food processor or Magic Bullet and blend until smooth.
3. Set chicken in baking dish and brush some of the herb mix on top.
4. Roast chicken turning once after 20 minutes.
5. Brush with remaining herb mixture and cook additional 20 minutes until there is no pink left near the bone.

Good served hot or cold.
