Ultra Mega Sausage lasagna

Ingredients
2 lbs Italian sausage1 large green pepper 1 large zucchini3 cups cottage cheese2 jars of ragu sauce1 box of lasagna noodles12 oz mozzarella
Directions
Brown the sausage with the zucchini and peppers then drain the fat. Next add the ragu sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. In a 9X13 pan layer the noodles ( I use the kind that don't need to be cooked first) the sauce and cottage cheese and lastly top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
