7 Chicken Breast Tenderloins1 tsp. Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix1 cup diced or sliced cucumber (with peel, seeds removed and excess moisture blotted off)2 Tbsp Scallions, raw, chopped*Greek Gods Greek Yogurt nonfat plain, 16 oz (any Greek yogurt is fine but nutritional stats based on this one)Garlic, 4 cloves, minced or crushedDill weed, fresh, about 1/8 cup, chopped1 tsp Pepper, white or black1/2 cup sweet red, orange, or yellow peppers (bell), chopped (optional)1/2 tsp sea salt
1. Sprinkle chicken with spice mix and broil, bake, or grill until chicken is cooked, about 15 mins. broiling or baking it - less for grilling. Set aside and let cool.
2. Put all the rest in a medium bowl, add chicken once cooled down to room temp. Mix well and chill at least a few hours.
