Veggie and Cheese Omlette

Ingredients
Mushrooms2 large eggsscallions3 slices munster cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
-in small frying pan saute mushrooms and scallions. Add any seasoning that you like.
-whisk two eggs in a small bowl and add just a little bit of water (this makes the egg fluffy)
-remove veggies from pan and set to side
-put egg in small frying pan and cook until almost all the way through (should appear to have bubbles like pancakes)
-add veggies and cheese to one side, flip the other side on top.
-reduce heat and cover for about 1 minutes to make sure cheese melts
-enjoy!
