No Dough Pizza

Ingredients
Crust:1 (8oz) package of full-fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature2 eggs1/4 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1/4 cup grated parmesan cheeseTopping:1/2 cup pizza sauce1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheeseToppings - pepperoni, ham, sausage, bacon, veggies - anything you like
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. With a hand-held mixer, mix cream cheese (softened at room temp), eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before adding sauce, toppings, and cheese.

Spread pizza sauce on crust then add toppings of your choice and cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: makes 8-12 pieces depending on how you cut the pizza
