Honey BBQ Grilled Salmon

4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 2 teaspoons minced ginger 1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Preheat grill to medium high. Season salmon as desired with salt and pepper.
Combine all other ingredients in small bowl. Mix well.
Grill salmon for 5-8 minutes per side, basting with honey BBQ glaze until salmon is cooked through.
Serve, drizzled with remaining sauce.
