No-Guilt, No-Dairy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
3 ripe Florida Avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed1/2 cup raw cocoa powder (unsweet)1/2 cup organic maple syrup1 tsp lemon juice2 tsp vanilla extract1 pinch of salt1 TBSP water, or as needed for desired consistency.
Directions
Place avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract and salt in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add water, 1 TBSP at a time as needed to make the pudding desired consistency. Eat right away or chill. Best served cold.
