COCONUT MACAROONS

Ingredients
COOKIES2 3/4 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut1/3 - 1/2 cup steviva blend (or 2/3 cup sugar)1 tbsp coconut flour1/4 tsp sea salt3 egg whites1/4 tsp almond extractTOPPING100 grams dark chocolate1 tsp butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all the cookie ingredients in a bowl. Drop large spoonfuls onto the lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cookies should be slightly browned at the edges.

Allow to cool

Melt chocolate with butter. Drizzle over the cookies.
