29 oz chicken broth (2 14.5oz cans)1 cup of water1 clove garlic (minced)3/4 tsp ground ginger3 scallions (sliced)1/2 block tofu( cut into 1/4" x1/4"x1-1/2" strips)1 slice ham (cut into 1/4" x2" strips)1 cup sliced musrooms
Combine chicken broth and water in a 2 qt sauce pan.
Add garlic, ground ginger and scallions.
Bring to a boil.
Add tofu, ham and mushrooms.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
