Cream Cheese Crust Pizza

Ingredients
Crust 1 (8 oz) package of full fat cream cheese, room temperature 2 eggs 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Toppings:1/2 cup pizza sauce 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese assorted Pizza toppings - pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, peppers
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Spray a 9×13 glass or stone baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish using spatula. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool so that it firms up, approximately 10 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with your choice of pizza toppings. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

    I got this off of PlainChicken Blog and searched for it in Spark......made it last night. Had to cook crust longer and increased oven temp to 400* Overall it was good and nice for the taste of ‘pizza’ Will make again - 7/14/20

    Pretty good fresh out of the oven. Not sure how it would taste re-warmed. - 2/16/17
