Ingredients
whole wheat penne or rotini pasta..., 8 oz Chicken Breast, no skin, cut into cubes, 16 ounces Salsa, 1 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cupGreen bell pepper, cut upShredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz some chili powder and cumin
Directions
Cook penne according to package directions. Drain.

Season cubed chicken breast with some chili powder, cumin, onion powder, etc.and cook in a non-stick skillet with the cut peppers.

Add Salsa, corn, and cooked penne. Toss together and heat through. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
