Clean Eating Protein Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
2/3 C. oat flour1/3 C. vanilla protein powder2 tsp. baking powder1/4 C. honey1/3 C. vanilla unsweetened almond milk2 C. frozen fruit (I used 1/2 C. peaches, 1/2 C. blueberries, 1 C. raspberries)
Directions
Mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, honey and milk. Layer loaf pan with fruit then pour batter over. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
