Crockpot Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 slices white sandwich bread, broken up into quarters1/4 cup 2% milk2 lbs ground turkeysalt & pepper1 tbsp vegetable oil3 onions, minced1/8 cup chili powder1/4 cup tomato paste6 garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp ground cumin1 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1 (398ml) can tomato sauce1 (540ml) can Six Bean Medley1 (540ml) can Dark Red Kidney Beans2 (540ml) cans Aylmer Petite Cut Stewed Tomatoes1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp minced canned chipolte chili in adobo sauce
Directions
Mash bread and milk into a paste in a bowl using a fork. Mix in turkey, season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. (The bread helps keep the turkey from getting dry)

Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, chili powder, tomato paste, garlic, cumin, oregano, and red pepper flakes and cook until onions are softened and lightly browned. Stir in turkey mixture and cook, breaking up large pieces. Once cooked, stir in tomato sauce, then put in crock pot.

Stir in beans, tomatoes with juice, broth, soy sauce, sugar and chipotles. Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on low.
