Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups chicken, cut up1 cup snow peas, thinly sliced1 cup bean sprouts1 cup carrot, peeled & thinly sliced1 handful cilantro leaves2 green onions, sliced1/4 cup peanuts (30g)2 tbsp natural peanut butter1 tbsp soy sauce, reduced salt1 tbsp liquid honey1 tsp sesame oil1 tsp Thai chili sauce1 lime, juice & zest
Directions
1.Mix chicken, peas, bean sprouts, carrot, onions and peanuts into a bowl.
2. Blend together: peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili sauce & lime.
3. Add to chicken mixture.
4. Add cilantro leaves to individual servings, if desired.
