Mel's Greek Tortilla

Please note that I use real baked turkey breast and not deli slices for this. I think Chicken or even Pork Tenderloin would work just as well. The amount for cottage cheese and yogurt are a litte higher here. I actually only used a tbls of each but that was hard to calculate. :-)2 oz chicken or turkey breasts, diced1 flour tortillas or pita bread1 oz cottage cheese1 oz crumbled feta cheese1 oz Plain yogurt3 black kalamata olives2 slices cucumber, diced
Warm your totilla in a skillet or microwave for just a few minutes to soften. Mix the cottage cheese, feta, yogurt, chopped olives and chopped cucumbers together and spread over half of the tortilla. top with the chopped turkey or chicken meat and fold in half. (can also use a Pita but I always seem to have tortillas on hand) Sometimes I add shredded lettuce and tomatoes or even chopped fresh garlic.
