Baked Potatoes, cooled then dicedBacon, cooked and dicedOne bunch of Green Onion dicedNayonnaise (egg free mayo) do NOT use Miracle Whip!!Tofu Sour CreamGo Veggie Shredded Cheese (Pepper Jack and/or cheddar)
Directions
bake potatoes to semi soft (about 60 minutes at 250 degrees), cube, add to diced green onion and bacon and combine with all other ingredients...best when chilled for a time after combined....YUM
