Beef Kabobs

12 oz top sirloin (11 used in nutritional info above)1 C fresh mushrooms1 medium bell pepper1 C zucchini1 C onionMARINADE1/2 C liquid aminos (or soy sauce)1/4 C Worcestershire sauce1/4 C red wine vinegar4 cloves garlic, minced (or more to taste)2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
Soak bamboo skewers.
Place diced top sirloin to freezer bag. Mix marinade together and pour into freezer bag. Allow to marinate in fridge overnight for best results.
Create kabobs alternating meat and veggies. Make approximately 10 skewers (2 per serving). Add skewers to hot grill.
Or, create oven versions by turning broiler on, lightly greasing cookie sheet and placing kabobs on sheet and under broiler. Watch carefully and turn occasionally until juices run clear.
