Greek Chicken and Potatoes

1 pkg chicken breast tenders5 red potatoes, peeled and cubed3 cloves garlic, smashed1 bell pepper, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1 chicken bouillion cube, dissolved in 3/4 cup water, for bouillion4 tbls olive oil1/4 cup fresh lemon juice1 tbls dried oreganosalt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400, place chicken potatoes, and garlic in 9x13 inch galss baking pan.
2. Mix well to get everything evenly distributed in the pan .
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Pour the chicken bouillon mixed with water over all.
5.Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and crumbled oregano together.
6. Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes.
7. Bake for 45 mins to 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender and golden brown, basting occasionally with pan juices.
