Mug Cake

Ingredients
1 scoop 100% whey protein powder (needs about 25 g protein)1/2 t baking powder2 t almond meal (can sub in hazelnut or coconut flour)2 t brown rice flour (can sub in cocoa, or powdered peanut butter)1/4 t cinnamon (omit if using cocoa or peanut butter powder, or a protein powder other than vanilla)2 t dried egg whites1 T powdered buttermilk1/3 cup water
Directions
thoroughly mix all ingredients in microwaveable mug. Microwave 90 seconds, or until cake has risen and is lightly firm to touch. May be slightly gooey. (Yum!)
