Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ripe chilled Mango peeled 1/2 banana1 cup spinach leaves chopped4 cups romaine chopped1/2 cup soy, hemp or almond milk1 Tbls Chia Seed1 Tbls ground Flax Seed1 Tbls hemp seed
Directions
add mango, spinach and 1/2 romaine to blender. Liquefy. Add remaining romaine, blend. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust milk to desired consistency. If adding ice, blend ice first.
