2 Onions4 Stalk Celery1 Large Red Pepper500 gr Kudu Mince1 Chili finely choppedOregano driedSalt and Pepper to tasteGarlic SaltChili Flakes1 x Tin Chopped Tomatoes
Directions
Brown your Onions, celery and Mince. When browned add the Tin of tomatoes, Red Pepper strips and spices. Simmer until Sauce is thick and enjoy!
