Gluten Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups of all purpose gluten free flour (used the Metro brand)- 1 tsp baking soda- 1/4 tsp salt- 3 eggs- 2 1/2 cups mashed bananas- 1/2 cup brown sugar- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce- a bit less than 1/4 cup veggie oil
Directions
Mix all together and put into 2 greased loaf pans, cook in a 325 oven and for 45-50+ mins depending on the pan size. It's ready when a fork/knife comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves, 12 pieces each
