Ingredients
Can peaches, drained1 cup quick oatsMix-ins2 teaspoons chia seeds soaked in water as egg replacement3 teaspoons ground flax2 tbsp chopped pecans
Directions
Mash peaches and stir with oats. Add soaked chia seeds and other mix-ins. Stir well. Add to GREASED cookie sheet or muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until desired "crispness."
