Squash Cassarole-(Mock Pumpkin pie filling)

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes agave necter, 4 tbsp cinnamon, 2 tsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Vermont Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, 0.33 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp Allspice, .25 tsp Crushed Pineapple,100% Pineapple Juice, no sugar ad..., 0.5 cup Salt
Directions
Bake or boil squash and sweet potato until tender. Drain, if boiled place in dish and mash with a potato masher until smooth. Add rest of ingredients except eggs. Adjust seasoning to taste. Whip eggs to combine and add to squash mixture. Place is dish and microwave for about 19 mins with 50% power or bake in oven 350 for about an hour or until set.
