6 cups baby spinach, loosely packed 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 cup cooked brown rice or Mexican Rice1/2 cup chopped romaine heart lettuce 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, 2% 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder6 Ole Xtreme Wellness high fiber wheat wraps
Directions
Mix first 11 ingredients. Place 1/6 of mixture on each wheat wrap. Makes 6 wraps.
