Simple Homemade Balsamic Vinegarette

Ingredients
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1/4 cup water1 tablespoon dijon mustard1 teaspoon garlic powderAdd salt and pepper to taste. Can also add a squirt of lemon juice.
Directions
Mix all together in a mason jar, screw on the lid and shake. You can add salt and pepper to taste.
