Monterey Chicken (Seymour)

4 chicken breasts1/4 c. BBQ sauce1/4 c. real bacon bits1/2 c. cheddar/monterey jack cheese, shreddedsalt & peppergreen chilies, optionaldiced tomatoes, optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pound out chicken breasts to flatten. Season with salt and pepper.
Over medium0high heat, cook chicken until no longer pink (do not overcook). Once cooked, place chicken on baking sheet covered in tinfoil.
Top each chicken breast with 1 T. BBQ sauce, T T. cheese, and 1 T. bacon bits.
Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Serving size is one chicken breast.
