Gluten Free Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 medium onion, diced1 t dried parsley1 t chili powder1 t salt1/4 t black pepper2 c uncooked gluten free pasta3 1/2 c water2 t cornstarch2 T water
Directions
Brown beef with onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients, except for the cornstarch and 2 T of water. Stir. Bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer until noodles are tender, about 20 minutes. Combine cornstarch and 2 T of water in a cup, then add to pan, stir and heat through.
